Privacy policy
Last updated 29 August 2026
We ask for very little, we use it only to talk to you, and we never sell it. Here is the full picture in plain English.
Who we are
Monthly Marketing Co provides pay monthly marketing services to businesses in the UK. We are the data controller for the information described on this page. You can reach us about anything here at [email protected].
What we collect
When you use the contact form we collect what you type: your name, email address, business name, which of our two paths fits you, and your message. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, which include your IP address, for security and to keep the site running.
How we use it
We use your enquiry to reply to you, recommend a plan honestly, and provide our services if you become a client. That is it. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
Checking you're human
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated spam. To do its job, Cloudflare processes some technical information about your browser and connection. Cloudflare explains this in its own privacy policy.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers we need to run the site and reply to you: our hosting provider, our email provider and Cloudflare. Each acts on our instructions. We would only ever share information beyond that if the law required it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to handle your request, then delete them. If you become a client, we keep what we need for the life of our agreement and for as long as UK law requires afterwards, for example for tax records. Ask us to delete your enquiry at any time and we will.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies, which is why you don't see a cookie banner. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a strictly necessary cookie while it verifies you're human on the contact form. Nothing tracks you across other websites.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to how we use it. Email us and we'll sort it, usually within a few days and always within a month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes affecting existing clients will be flagged to them directly.
